Notes: sun came out 2:30pm or so. Hail started at 3:30pm. It looked like little air bubbles in the rain puddle on the deck railing, and I had to look closer to see what was happening. It was hail about 1/4" in size and eventually 1/4" apart from each other (the bubbles were a lot larger than the hail, about 1" in size). It was 46 degrees. It stopped at 3:50pm. It was opaque white in color; looked like snow, not ice. Rain continued for a while.
