Hail fell continuously for about 11 minutes, but dangerous lightning and heavy rain precluded getting any samples or testing hardness. Most of the hail appeared to be white, and there was quite a racket against the north-facing windows. We had a couple of brief power outages and some extremely close lightning strikes during the storm. |
