Roads have plenty of moisture for grading, but I think they should probably be muddier for this time of year. Frost is working up in spots, but no major boils that I have seen. Water is standing in swamps and some ditches, but not many puddles in the woods, and all of the snow is gone. Not much drier than normal, but I think it is a little. Only .82 inches of moisture here so far this month.
