Total weekly precipitation of 1.46 inches of mostly rain with some snow. Local bodies of water are full. Lawns are greening up. Last Saturday evening, a Cooper's hawk landed for a couple minutes on our outdoor picnic table which was clearly seen from inside the kitchen - about 20 feet away.
