Forest fuels and meadow grass are extremely dry. We are in Stage 1 Fire Restrictions and have been for a couple of weeks. 1-2 month outlook is not good: Below normal precipitation and above normal temperatures. We are entering the spring windy season. Wildland fire Outlook is frightening.
