We have only had 1.29" of rain since Sept 1, 2024.  Ground below is dry and very warm. Tulip bulbs are questionable to plant right now.  Not too many hard frosts and snap dragons are still looking great. I watered my grass, trees and shrubs a lot in Sept/Oct - if you didn't, you may have m
