1.25" of liquid last week brought the October total up to near-normal precipitation.  Close to an inch of snow in the past week but the ground was warm enough that the snow melted pretty quickly. Cold season grasses & brush showed some life. Temps returned to seasonal or a little below. We are regularly using a little heat in the house in the mornings.
